Have you cleared it with your Firewall.Allow it access.If your using Windows
Firewall until it downloads.Click the connection icon down by the clock and
Change Firewall Settings.Click Exceptions and Add Program.Click what you use.I wouldn’t pay any money to get fixed.Your better looking at your
manual and resetting the system to factiory settings.You will loose all you
have on it but also the virus if you have one.Maybe better to start from
scratch.If you do switch off System Restore before doing so nothing is saved.If you have one of these,this is what you do.On turning on press
Ctri + F10 and hold down before logo shows and hold for 7-10 seconds.
Follow instructions.That is for Acer.For DELL and HP press Ctri + F11 and the same as Acer.You may have to turn off and on a few times as
you need to press and hold down to get the connection right.If none of
those are any good go to a forum of your system make and ask.

You used crappy software, which didn’t help your problem.
Uninstall your antivirus programs. Reboot. Do your Windows updates. Go to download.com and download (for free) Avast or AVG to do virus scans. Also get Spybot: Search and Destroy and Adaware to scan for spyware and adware.
If you aren’t able to get online, you have another issue, possibly a firewall blocking your access.

from what i can see you have two problems.
1. you can only run one AV.
when you un-installed Norton did you run the Norton removal tool.
kaspersky - this will only run on a PC which has no AV on it.
2. i think you may have spyware blocking you.
first run:http://download.norman.no/public/Norman_…
then download & run in safe mode free superantispyware & free malwarebytes.
Then let us know if your still having problems.

get yahoo instant messenger or AIM or even MSN messenger and add a friend or find a friend online to chat with that is how i Learned to type better when you start typing and haveing a conversation with someone online you will pick up on it pretty fast and the best part is that its free

We use and recommend to our customers Adaware SE Personal, Spybot Search & Destroy and Windows Defender…(free to download and use)
We also use Etrust Internet Security Suite (by CA the makers of VET AntiVirus) which has Pest Patrol as the spyware removal prog…… the prog costs $60 here in Australia for 12 month subscription..well worth the money!…we have chosen these as the progs we use and recommend after many many years of trying a wide variety of free and subscribed to programs…these progs just seem to work the best and are consistently good performers and dont mess up your pc (like Nortons is doing to everyones pc’s at the moment)

I use the Windows xp intallation disc( that means restore the computer, erase everything). That’s the only one I’m 100% sure cleans the computer from viruses and spyware(other than windows itself).
