Need help with spyware and removal software. Can someone please tell me what is the best spyware and adware removal software? 10 pts

i have some sort of adware on my computer and i don’t know how to get it off

I have a pop-up screen showing on my desktop every couple of hours saying that I need to install a spyware removal software. It wants me to install their speciic software. I have tried using spybot but that message is still popping up. When I click on it it takes me to this page

I have a feeling that it is a spammy website. My McAfee scan is not showing any viruses and I ran the Spybot a couple of times and the message is still there. How can I remove it?

I’m tired of paying someone to do this for me every 6 months.

Windows problem no Unix distro does HP/UX Free BSD OpenBSD NetBSD Mac OSX and neither by the way neither does BEOS or Plan 9 operating system.
Does Ubuntu require a firewall? Yes and it’s got one.
Antivirus software? on Linux? no.
