Has anyone tried the Satellite for pc software? If so did it work? What was the website?

I want to start fresh and restore my system, but I can’t find the restore disc. I have a Dell computer. I was wondering if anybody knew a way I could restore my computer without that disc. I have a few discs, but I’m not sure which one to use; they’re pretty unclear. The anti-virus software I have are AVG, spybot and Ad-aware. AVG is not stalling mid-scan, so that’s not getting me anywhere. The rest of them catch some but can’t get all of it. Now everything’s slow, and popups keep flooding in. I can’t even uninstall programs, because of these viruses. Could anybody give me a hand with all this?
